PT. Komet Konsorsium was set up based on the consortium agreement legality signed in front of Saal Bumela.SH, and registered as number 50 on May 30, 2001 in Jakarta, by PT. Kopnatel Jaya and PT. Padi Mekatel. And Established to "PT" with legality signed on Emy Yatmini SH. With register number as 16th on November 23th, 2006.

This company run the bussiness at the Telecommunication Tower Investment and the Operation & Maintenance for Telecommunication Tower.

By the year 2008, PT Komet Konsorsium has built and leased more than 200 Tower sites in some area like Jabodetabek, West Java, East Java, North Sumatera and Batam for some major Telecommunication Service operators in Indonesia.

Currently, PT. Komet Konsorsium invests and constructs what so called MTT/MTB (Menara Telekomunikasi Terpadu/Bersama) (shareco-located Telecommunication Tower) in Batam Areas, Pekanbaru Area in cooperating with Batam Municipal Government and Batam Industrial Development Authority.
